There are “sew” many different threads out there to choose from.
- Try using Mettler Metrosene 100% polyester and
- Coats and Clark Dual Duty cotton covered polyester threads.
These are widely available and are great for most sewing projects like garments, home decor and mending.
Problem to avoid: Stay away from heavy duty threads, they will cause problems in your bobbin area.
