Please come and celebrate 8 years in service to our community at the ribbon cutting ceremony at 6:30. All class samples on display and we’ll have music and refreshments.
Other Events that occur on a regular basis:
Sewing for the Homeless
Volunteer your sewing and cutting skills for Boulder County Homeless Community. Bring fleece fabrics, threads and your sewing machines to make hats and scarves and blankets. We will provide threads, tools and machines and refreshments. This is a regular event during the fall. Stay tuned.
Fabric, used sewing machines donations for Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
When we have our annual fabric, sewing and craft extravaganzas we donate any unsold items to this worthwhile cause. In the fall of 2012 we donated a truck load full of goodies and in Spring 2012 we filled two trucks full! Nora and Tarey were fortunate enough to visit the reservation in the summer of 2011 for an art camp they conducted for a week. For more information on ways you can contribute visit their website www.pathwaystospirit.org
