Fabric, used sewing machines donations for Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
When we have our annual fabric, sewing and craft extravaganzas we donate any unsold items to this worthwhile cause. In the fall of 2012 we donated a truck load full of goodies and in Spring 2012 we filled two trucks full! Nora and her sister from Virginia, Tarey were fortunate enough to visit the reservation in the summer of 2011 for an art camp they conducted for a week. For more information on ways you can contribute visit their website www.pathwaystospirit.org
Annual fabric, sewing and craft extravaganza.
We are organizing a parking lot sale again for spring 2014. Call us if you would like to be a vendor for only $10 booth fee. We will offer local crafters, fabric sales, free items that need a new home and more. This is a great way to test out your products, recycle/sell fabrics and sewing materials that you no longer need, gather with other creative people and enjoy some refreshments.
First Friday Art Walk in Niwot:
First Friday of each month, 5:30-8pm all over Niwot. We often will have unique art exhibits, cool local designer showcased clothing, music or crafting. We find local artists to display their work for you to enjoy. Let us know if you are a designer or artist that wants to participate. We support local artisans.
