Map & Directions

Our business district does not have mail delivery (strange, but true!). Our unique post office zip code often converts to 80503 and sometimes will guide GPS users to Longmont instead of Niwot. Please use this map below. Thank you.

We are located in Northern Colorado between Boulder and Longmont off the Diagonal Colorado Highway #119. Nearby towns include Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Frederick, Lyons and Loveland. We draw clients from Wyoming, Vail, Aspen and Colorado Springs for bridal alterations, custom clothing design and sewing classes.

Directions:

In the Boulder/Longmont area, from the Diagonal Highway, turn East on Niwot Road, drive 1.5 blocks, turn into a large parking lot on  left. Park on south side of brick building labeled Left Hand Corner. Niwot Liquor is also located in this parking lot. We are on the lower level on the south most part of the building. Free parking in well lighted lot.
